municipal council election
The deadline for submitting nominations for the local council election on June 18, 9 ended today at 2024 p.m. Twelve parties and voter associations have submitted their nominations to the electoral office of the citizens' office. There were nine nominations in the local council election in 2019.
Current election proposals are:
- Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU)
- ALLIANCE 90 / THE GREENS (GREEN)
- Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD)
- Free Voters City Association Heilbronn e. v. (FWV)
- Free Democratic Party (PDF)
- Alternative for Deutschland (AfD)
- THE LEFT (THE LEFT)
- Citizens' movement PRO Heilbronn e. V. (PRO)
- Independent for Heilbronn e. V. (UfHN)
- Together for our HN
- Party for work, the rule of law, animal protection, elite promotion and grassroots democratic initiative (The PARTEI)
- Alliance for Innovation & Justice (BIG).
The municipal election committee chaired by the mayor will decide on the approval of these election proposals in a public meeting on April 4, 2024 at 14 p.m. in the small council chamber of the town hall.
Aging
As soon as you think you have already experienced everything, you are immediately proven wrong. I've gotten used to the fact that people are now allowed to vote even if they can't get to school without their dad or mom.

Since we cannot comply with Article 6 (3) for cost reasons, because where should we take the countless children and who should they then care for and raise them, we should at least ensure through punishment that raven parents start doing this, at least in accordance with their duty to comply with Article 6 (2).

The last few days have been filled with good online and real conversations. Just yesterday there was a very pleasant conversation with a Voltino employee about the Europa Ball. And shortly before that, the first agreements regarding the 8. Hertenstein Talks. It is quite fitting that the Federalist Manifesto for the 2024 European elections is now being circulated. This manifesto was developed in part at the 7th Hertenstein Talks and is also can be found here in the forum. Both events have now really taken off. In between, there are always meetings about the local elections - here too the number of meetings has noticeably increased.
And so I can't really get around to working on a draft resolution at the moment John Marsia and Francois Mennerat for comment and, if necessary, support.
The Federal Committee of the Union of European Federalists (AISBL), having been convened in Brussels on April 5, 2024,
reminder

commits itself
to expressly require from the newly elected representatives of European citizens to the next European Parliament that they convene as a constituent assembly, in order to draft a European democratic constitution that, after being ratified by the European citizens, sets up a European federal State.

In any case, it shows once again how European federalists, sometimes independently of one another, continue to work on the same idea, but also repeatedly cling to the same differences - although these are now becoming increasingly common in view of the increasing threat from centralists, nationalists or even totalitarians Resolution could wait.
