The Message

Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five released “The Message” back in 1982. I didn’t notice the song until two years later and was an immediate rap fan: “It’s like a jungle sometimes It makes me wonder how I keep from goin’ under … Don’t push me cause I’m close to the edge I’m trying not to lose my head.”

Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five formed in New York in 1978. In 1983 it happened again; their music will endure.

“A child is born with no state of mind Blind to the ways of mankind” — tomorrow I hope to be back on the boat again.

From April 26, 2024 at 18.00:XNUMX p.m., parties and voter groups will be allowed to place their election advertising in public spaces. Until then, we free voters will continue to fight for every poster and every location. Fortunately, we not only received support from our regional association, but there is also a little movement in the town hall.

If everything goes well, we can put up our construction fences as planned and also replace our A0 posters from time to time during the election campaign. Of course, we stick to the prescribed quantities - if only for cost reasons.

The question is still open as to whether our candidates and club members are allowed to place additional posters and banners on their private property. I continue to be of the opinion that such private commitment to our democracy should be honored and not hindered.

I'm still chewing hard on my man flu and greetings are already fluttering in from my favorite bar in Budapest. Good memories come back, but then I have to think about how a criminal regime with a democratic guise has an entire country under control and is slowly but surely plundering its residents down to their last shirt. Ok, every citizen has exactly the government they deserve!

Nearby is one of the most beautiful baths in Europe, which is said to have been recently renovated by one of the Hungarian dictator's sons. Certainly with European tax money so that Putin's hordes can really live their life there in the future. The question that arises for me is whether, as a citizen of the Union, we should support such activities? Even though I would love to visit the Gellert again and also go to the pub next door, I will only plan to do so when Hungary is free again Victor Orban is in prison with his criminal clan. You can still dream!

  • Charlie Chaplin once made a malicious caricature about a dictator who stole his mustache. It's unfortunate that Rodney Dangerfield died before the Hungarian seizure of power.
