And just as companies and parties receive a new corporate design every two years at the latest, project management is constantly being reinvented - a market that supports itself, doesn't really help anyone, but is definitely brimming with innovation and agility. By the way, the values that have recently been placed at the center of every management are exactly the ones that we ourselves constantly trample on.
In any case, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the number of participants - I had expected 80% - but the participants present certainly give hope for that. And so I'm excited to see how the whole thing will develop in the coming weeks. There is still room for improvement and maybe I will still be able to cross another “fixed idea” off my imaginary bucket list.
But I was already able to gain an insight: after all these centuries, the “apple pie motif” can no longer really be conveyed, just as Protestantism as a whole has had its day as the driving force of a society in general and of project management (keyword: writing, among other things) in particular. In these very difficult times, not only for our country, I would have very much wished it were not just today Reinhold Wuerth in the Heilbronn Voice would have advocated so vehemently for our free democratic basic order, but our party representatives would also have more courage to take a clear stance - an anti-democratic party does not become democratic because it is elected to a parliament by anti-democrats!
And so we can only hope that at least Reinhold Wuerths 27 employees in Germany trust him and will follow him.
