Twitter successor

Now that it's next to the new one old Twitter, which now operates under “X”, not just Mastodon and bluesky, but now we also have threads, I don't even want to write about Truth Social, so I also have to add my two cents.

I have now finally turned my back on Twitter successor “X” and have not regretted it to this day. I left Mastodon after just a few days and don't miss it either.

I actually tried to get Bluesky and still have an account there; I particularly like the fact that I can operate there under my own web address. I don't like the fact that, like other social media, I don't actually need it and then lose myself in less interesting conversations when I use it.

We now officially have Threads, another Facebook offshoot, and far too many users are now rushing there, mostly without ever having thought about the benefits of their predecessors.

As of today, Bluesky has been courting my undivided attention and giving me additional accounts - not that I could use them at all. I also haven't been able to get rid of the "invite codes" that you regularly get on Bluesky for a while now.

What now, you might ask. In any case, I won't activate the new threads anymore, you don't have to join in with every new shit. At least that's my opinion after dealing with far too much social media - maybe I'll learn from experience after all.

But I am happy to provide my readers with the Bluesky “invite codes” that are still available to me today: bsky-social-t5duj-uvigx, bsky-social-6vqal-dxwhk, bsky-social-56had-c56pr, bsky-social-e3kjo -3rpqa, bsky-social-ojly3-loxc3 and bsky-social-xiizq-lbzd7.

If Twitter, then Bluesky, even if many now consider this to be completely antiquated. I reply that social media itself has outlived itself LinkedIn and Co.
