I recently wrote about Tango Argentino myself, today I came across a somewhat older article in “der Freitag”. Annette Welsch attention, which was published there in 2005.
I don't know whether tango is still danced in Leipzig today - I'd have to ask Karin. But in Heilbronn they still do it today.
In any case, I agree with the dance teacher, who is not named in the article, that we Europeans urgently need development aid - regardless of whether it comes from Africa or Latin America.
