If you only knew how the Russians talk about you – View of the Western Europeans (last accessed on March 29.3.2024, 12.26 at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.)
“Western Europeans don’t want to hear how Putin’s empire thinks about them. Otherwise they would be more worried. A warning from bitter experience. …
For two years, the West has repeatedly repeated the mistakes that we, Russia's neighbors, warned about. …
The start of the Ukrainian war now has the same premises: to restore the former Soviet empire and destroy the collectively rotten West. This is publicly stated by the Russians in Russian. “It’s just that Europe isn’t listening.”
Unfortunately, this guest article in the FAZ, which is worth reading, only confirms the fears I have expressed for many years here in the blog.
I have already provided answers to the question of why Europe is not listening: on the one hand, we are actually more “rotten” than we ourselves assume and, on the other hand, our representatives who are responsible (in government as well as in the opposition) are not barely qualified to save our Europe, let alone advance it, or simply - what would be worse - bought by Putin and his vassals; which in turn would indicate rot.
