It always annoys me when some fellow citizens claim that they cannot shop in Heilbronn. There are many small and larger owner-managed shops in our city that make shopping a little easier.

Actually, fashion isn't really my thing, but I sometimes accompany my better half when she goes shopping herself. Especially when the business is attractive and the employees impress with their competence and friendliness. One such "insider tip" in Heilbronn is the Loulou women's boutique.

The Loulou fashion store at Jörg-Ratgeb-Platz 1989 in Sontheim has been around since 1. The good soul of the shop has been the owner since 2016 Renate Riedl. And if you rummage through the boutique a little longer, you might also find the other good soul of the shop, Elli, an Airedale Terrier, in the back rooms.

The very friendly and extremely quiet Elli hides at the back just so as not to disturb any customers while shopping. Regular customers who know about Elli can even hear a slight noise when Elli wags her tail and touches the ground.

For patient husbands, there is a chair in the back which is very convenient to wait for your significant other to finish shopping. The nice thing is, coffee or a glass of water is offered very quickly, and if your significant other doesn't need advice, you can also learn a great deal about dogs in general and Airedale Terriers in particular.

And since I Renate Riedl I've known for a while, there's no shortage of other topics - but for me everything without a fashion reference, because I just can't have a say in it. Only so much that I personally like the changing offer of the boutique, sometimes even evokes memories and I don't mind if my better half buys one or the other piece of clothing - which my better half certainly doesn't count as a selection criterion.

Those interested in fashion will mainly find fashion by soulmade, Micha, Rosa Rosie and Vanessa as well as the matching accessories in the Loulou women's boutique. The whole thing is garnished with small works of art and if you look very closely, you will even find a pair of Texas boots in size 44. For my next visit, I have decided to simply ask about the background of the boots.
