After the EUROPA-UNION 2022 managed to reactivate the Europa Ball in Heilbronn, we have now managed to hold it on Saturday, April 13, 2024 in harmony to organize. 264 dance-loving Europeans will not only find enough space to dance on a 360 square meter dance floor, but will also be thrilled by a colorful supporting program that the EUROPA-UNION partner clubs are putting on the dance floor. The supporting program will be further developed in the coming weeks, but it is already clear that with Happyness Voice A nationally known ADTV and DTV dance band ensures a good atmosphere throughout the evening. The band plays in its five-piece line-up with a singer and saxophone.
In addition, the clubs supporting the Europa Ball promote our common Europe with information stands in the Foyer of Harmony. Another highlight is the photo booth Accents Photo Stores, who will photographically accompany the Europa Ball. The admission price for the Europa Ball includes one photo at the photo booth for each couple.
Entry to the event opens at 18.00 p.m. The Europa Ball opens at 19.00 p.m. and ends at midnight. The entry price is 35 euros per ball participant, which is a real bargain if you take into account the GEMA fees of around 6 euros alone.
The caterer of the Harmonie Concert and Congress Center Voltino ensures that sufficient food and drinks are available throughout the evening; However, these must be paid for by the ball guests themselves.

Suggestions
- You can now reserve your place at one of the tables (35 euros each), or you can also reserve an entire table with eight seats (350 euros). The tables are numbered. The table community decides who sits where at the table.
- I recommend that external participants stay overnight Parkhotel Heilbronn. The Theodor-Heuss-Saal can be reached directly from the hotel.

If you would like to come to the Europa Ball but do not have your own dance partner, I suggest that you send me a message accordingly. Please let me know your age and height as well as whether you are a beginner, average or good dancer. I then try to find a suitable dance partner.

The Europa Ball was held in the 1950s under the direction of the then JEF district chairman dr Manfred Weinman aligned for the first time. The ball enriched the city's social life until the early 1970s.
There is now neither the German-American Ball nor the Rose Ball in Heilbronn. The HMG has been trying for a long time to restore harmony to the New Year's Eve Ball. And so the European ball in the spring is definitely a very good addition.
