Neckar captain

Some things aren't going quite so smoothly here in Heilbronn and so it's no surprise that, on the one hand, there is no positive news from Wollhaus today and, on the other hand, a surprising number of actors are withdrawing from Heilbronn.

To my great regret, now also the Neckar captain, who from a purely business perspective, the old one Neckar stroller looks better off in Stuttgart. A very sad affair for my better half and me!

Two things surprise me very much, firstly, how the CDU, as the largest faction in the local council and therefore at least largely responsible, always tries to use its own inaction or its constant in and out of the potatoes (example: mosque) for the election campaign to use. The CDU currently wants to “nationalize” shipping on the Neckar.

Secondly, as recently too many actors and now also the Neckar Captain have repeatedly brought Heilbronn Marketing GmbH into play as the actual showstopper. In this regard, the local council would have to familiarize itself a little more closely with the background.

I learned about a completely new format yesterday at the IHK. Admittedly, it was certainly entertaining, but opinions could vary about its depth. I had known one of the participants for a while and was therefore not surprised. More about how people like to laugh at cheap jokes. And yes, I could agree with one thing: it's not always others who are to blame for everything. Sometimes you can take responsibility yourself, especially if you have been responsible for the whole misery for decades.

Later I accepted an invitation to break my fast. There I met a lot of acquaintances and friends. The connection between religion and election campaigns is exciting. It makes me smile a little that the new list for the local council election campaign “Together for Heilbronn” is, after much back and forth, just like the Protestant alliance that has existed for a very long time.Together for Heilbronn" calls. For me, this is a clear sign that at least those responsible for this list continue to live in their own world.

That's probably why they turned down the existing offers from several other lists to run there. Even if I have been friends with one or the other for decades, or especially because I have been friends with them for decades, I always have to tell them: it's finally time for you to arrive in our world!

And so I would be happy if those who actually integrate and run on the established lists were elected in the local council election - I was able to get to know such a candidate yesterday. An election victory for those who are “perpetually stuck up” and “on the sidelines” would send exactly the wrong message.

And a note to the religious representative: firstly, there are people who listen carefully and secondly, mercy is characterized by acknowledging “other people's needs” in all people and not just in those who are particularly close to your heart - because otherwise it is sheer bigotry!

Today's lecture was very instructive for me because I had to realize that today's students are completely missing images, at least for the area in which I work at the university.

What concerns me a lot now, as the missing pictures of the students can hardly be compensated for. When I talk about plans, lists, tables and graphics, I have much more in mind than Excel tables or pixel images - a whole world of analog plans and charts that fill entire walls or rows of tables quickly open up for me buried beneath themselves and in the end, as if by themselves, come together to form a larger whole.

If you don't have such images in your head, you can hardly put them together to form a complete product. The students' inquiries seem to confirm this. And how can you create a single product if you don't already have it in mind in advance.

And so I'll think about how best to put pictures of this. Simply professionally breaking down the entire topic into its individual parts on slides in order to better represent the complexity is not enough; Today you probably also have to provide the corresponding pictures.

But I now have a new image of the university in my head, namely one with a non-functioning coffee machine, even though I Detlef Stern afterwards assured that the machine could be put back into operation in the morning.
