Elementary School
Our city administration and local councilors were once again completely surprised by the realities. Nobody could have known that if you densify the city center and Heilbronn's population has been steadily increasing for years, you would also have to expand the schools, among other things.
The great opportunity to create enough space for the Heilbronn students with a modern renovation and expansion was wasted: they preferred to mess around with the existing building for years and not even improve the old or new sports hall.
They could have spent years looking for another location or even securing appropriate space.
But they deliberately don't do something like that in Heilbronn, they just knit with a hot needle and quickly create eternal temporary arrangements - to the detriment of the students, the environment and the entire city.
pedestrian zone
During my walk through the city, I once again noticed that both Urbanstrasse and Wilhelmstrasse have traffic in both directions. If you also use the slightly larger parking spaces and a few side streets, you can get through the city pretty quickly.
Next, I had to ask myself again why we have cycle paths if a racing cyclist on the narrow sidewalk next to them would have to jump onto the road - well-marked cycle paths in Heilbronn are probably only there to annoy drivers.
When I finally reached the pedestrian zone, where I wisely limited myself to the Neckar Mile, I was able to make my way through the parked cars. Our pedestrian zones and often the bridges are there solely to help citizens who want to shop and party find inexpensive parking spaces.
We could improve the next Christmas market even further if we set aside two to three car parking spaces for each stand: stand, two, three cars, stand, two, three cars, etc. ... or we put the huts on the median strip the avenue so that Christmas market visitors can drive directly past them.
caller
It's been quite a while since I've been over anonymous callers have written. This type of caller is something of yesterday, today more than ever. Many of the anonymous callers have now upgraded and are increasingly calling from unassigned numbers; But you usually only notice this when you want to call back.
In the USA, some telephone companies are now even using this for their own benefit by simply showing “spammer” or “recruitment call” on the telephone display. Maybe one of our telephone companies will come up with this idea. You could even market this well by pointing out that you are protecting your customers and even saving energy, as this should also eliminate most recall attempts.
You avoid the pedestrian zones on motorways, where you sometimes feel subjectively safer. After all, a few participants are there professionally.
Good morning,
The picture doesn't show a FGZ at all, it only starts at the Marrahaus in the north direction.
This is a play street - you know it from Werderstrasse...
You never stop learning. On Werderstrasse, however, consideration is given to pedestrians, who, at least at my level, take up the entire street space. And the number of wildlife parkers there has also decreased somewhat.
Since we are now also a city on the river, it would only be logical if we extended the pedestrian zone to the Götzenturm - especially since this area is already being advertised nationwide as a Neckar mile and not as a race track or free parking lot.
This has been in the planning for years:

You don't have to spend millions to do this! Simply let the direct residents drive into the street, as is done on Kirchbrunnenstrasse. Also enforce the parking ban in front of the idol tower.
If you have money left over and the necessary infrastructure, including schools, is functioning, you can think about decorating the banks of the Neckar.
