The comment below from Gerd M. Hofmann alias Liegeradler prompted me to look for the cause of this false report. As is well known, artificial intelligence does not (yet) fantasize, but first tries to obtain as much data as possible (keyword: data octopus) and then process it as plausibly as possible; Detlef Stern can explain it much better.

And so I once asked myself why the AI cannot correctly determine the number of Heilbronn municipal councils, obviously assigning them to the most diverse parties and groups and also grouping the parties in a very unusual way.

You have to know the following: In the Heilbronn city administration, data protection is written in small letters at best. In addition, everyone in the administration does what they want and no one does what they should. This also includes the fact that the employees constantly create countless lists, schedules and distribution lists and then present them worldwide and are very happy to present them on the Internet. I recently received an e-mail from the city, which traditionally informed me that I was receiving it several times because I was listed on a wide variety of mailing lists — unfortunately I have not yet been able to find out which city mailing list I'm on and when would have ever given my permission to do so. Then I found out where I can get tampons for free in Heilbronn and once again that the female sex is still being oppressed.

Only yesterday I found myself in an open mailing list from the municipal council, which incidentally provided me with the latest e-mail addresses of the Heilbronn VIPs. And I just found out about the municipal council on the Heilbronn website, which me delivered all private addresses with one click and also the realization that the city of Heilbronn itself does not know which municipal council is currently in which party or group.

I want the from Gerd M. Hofmann not excuse the AI brought into play, but how is it supposed to know what is a fact in Heilbronn if there is not even a consensus in the city administration.

In any case, I now know again where all the important residents of Heilbronn reside, except for the mayor's place of residence; and that will probably continue to be the best kept secret in Heilbronn.

Funnily enough, when I asked where the mayor lived, Bard from Google said:

"I'm sorry, but this information is not publicly available. The privacy of public officials must be respected.”

Google BAd, 15.8.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX

Now someone just has to explain this to the city administration.

Addendum 3.9.2023

Today I was made aware that the city administration has not revised the list mentioned above, but they have enters the race with another list (as of August 22.8.2023, XNUMX). A look inside showed that at least the municipal councils have now been assigned to the right factions.

However, the residential addresses of the municipal councilors will continue to be published, which according to a letter from the city administration dated August 15.8.2023, XNUMX is no longer usual, at least for applicants: "In order to protect personal rights, only the place of residence and, if applicable, district will be published for election applicants instead of the full residential address."

Election campaign

Thomas Aurich sums it up today in the Heilbronner Voice (15.8.2023: 26), the local election campaign has begun. Not only the Free Voters have positioned themselves, the other parties and groups are not only busy with collecting candidates, but have now also started again to pull their age-old demands out of the drawers and thus, as always, score points with their voters .

As a local councillor, you can easily contest your election campaign with it — it's the same as the last few times. And the parties don't have to come up with anything new either, they continue to demand in the election campaign exactly what they then know how to prevent so successfully again for the next five years - and that's why the SPD in Heilbronn will still be demanding a social quota in housing construction in 100 years, the Greens Celebrate "multi-cultural" without even knowing what that is supposed to be and the CDU wants to continue to save on everything with the exception of the pubs and the festivals.

And we Heilbronn citizens don't have to deal with anything new either: everything will remain as it has always been. We people from Heilbronn obviously don't want it any other way!

We all prefer to wait for one or maybe a few more people from Heilbronn to quietly and secretly rebuild our city for us as cheaply as possible and thus according to their own taste — whether people will want to live, work, learn and live there later remains to be seen .

Parliament

The CDU and Greens have been working on it for a long time, too to turn our state parliament in Stuttgart into a super parliament. Originally, a maximum of 120 MPs were planned for the state parliament. In the meantime, there are already 154 MPs, and after the last electoral reform implemented by the state government, we have to fear that the next state parliament will have more than 200 MPs.

It is therefore very gratifying that Dieter Distler from Bietigheim is committed to capping the state parliament to a sufficient number of 70 MPs by means of a referendum. Unfortunately, he is not supported by the otherwise so vocal FDP opposition in this regard, and even the less conspicuous and non-existent opposition of the SPD or AfD fear for their own pots of honey - all parties represented in the state parliament will unanimously ensure that no candidate is left behind will fall down.

Who more about the initiative of Dieter Distler If you want to find out more, you can find out more about it at landtag-verschreinn.com [October 1.10.2023, 8: Website no longer exists]. To date, Dr. Distler collected more than 000 of the 10 signatures necessary to initiate a referendum.

For the subsequent step towards a referendum, ten percent of those eligible to vote must speak out in favor of a referendum within six months; that would be almost 800 citizens for us.

As already said, our parties will know how to prevent this, but just reaching the 10 signatures would be a small glimmer of hope that we citizens have not yet completely given up on our country and our democracy.

Should Dieter Distler If, contrary to all expectations, the 800 people of Baden-Württemberg get behind us, then we could also vote on June 000, 9 in the elections to the European Parliament and the local council elections taking place at the same time as to whether we will have a modern and, above all, a workable state parliament in the future — This vote alone would be a huge success and would also ensure that voter turnout reached unprecedented levels.

  • I once asked the Google AI: How many left-wing and right-wing members does the Heilbronn municipal council have?

The answer: The municipal council of Heilbronn has 40 members. Of these, 22 members are on the left and 18 members are on the right.

    The links are:

    Alliance 90/The Greens (8 seats)
    The Left (2 seats)
Independents for Heilbronn (UfHN) (2 seats)

    The rights are:

    CDU (9 seats)
    SPD (8 seats)
    FDP (4 seats)
    Free voters (4 seats)
    AfD (4 seats)

The Left is a political party committed to social justice, environmental protection and peace. The Right is a political party committed to economic freedom, national identity and security.

    • What kind of AI is this that can't even count to 40? We should insist on minimum requirements, and this also applies to software. Because the above “result” very quickly revealed itself to be complete nonsense. I therefore take note of the publication as a valuable indication, namely that one should always question the statements of an artificial intelligence.

      • The funny thing about Google Bard is that the AI often offers three different answers, from which you can then choose one that suits you:
        https://radfahreninheilbronn.wordpress.com/2023/07/16/google-bard-und-der-oberburgermeister/

The Google folks seem to know that Bard mostly delivers made-up bullshit.

To the question "How many cinemas are there in Heilbronn?" Bard warbles these answers, all of which are incorrect:

        1. There are currently 4 cinemas in Heilbronn:

        CinemaxX Heilbronn (11 halls)
        Kinostar Arthaus (4 halls)
        Cineplex Odeon Heilbronn (10 screens)
Open air cinema Binswanger Straße (1 large tent)

        2. There are 7 cinemas in Heilbronn:

        Cineplexx Heilbronn
        Cinemaxx Heilbronn
        Cinema star Arthaus
        Odeon
        Cinema star Ludwigsburg
        Cinemaxx Ludwigsburg
        Cinemaxx Kornwestheim

        3. There are 7 cinemas in Heilbronn:

        Cineplexx Heilbronn
        Cinemaxx Heilbronn
        Cinema star Arthaus
        Odeon
        Cinema star Ludwigsburg
        Cinemaxx Ludwigsburg
        Cinemaxx Kornwestheim

In its current state, BARD is completely worthless and rather dangerous.
