Featured photo: Attic apartment

I'm looking for a nice tenant for a small apartment right in Heilbronn city center near K3 Three-room attic apartment with around 50 square meters of living space in the pedestrian zone, where I lived happily for years.

There is no vehicle parking space, but there is a bicycle storage room in the basement. There is also no elevator, but the stairwell will take you to the third floor free of charge.

An existing common laundry room, with its own water and electricity connection, saves you having to go to the nearby laundromat.

There is a small storage room next to the apartment and it is also possible to use the attic as a storage room.

The bathroom with shower and toilet were newly furnished in 2019. The kitchen has a kitchenette with an electric stove, hot water boiler and sink.

A floor heating system that was only installed in 2019 ensures cozy warmth even in cold winters. The connection to the wide world can be established via a telecom line or cable connection. The apartment also has an intercom and a security entrance door.

The desired tenant, a maximum of two people, should be a committed non-smoker and not have any pets.

Personally, it is very important to me that the apartment finds a suitable tenant who not only appreciates the great surroundings but also their new apartment.

If you are interested in the apartment, please feel free to contact me; the costs and additional costs can be requested from me if you are interested. I will then organize a viewing appointment.

A deposit of three months' rent can be paid in three installments, whereby one month's rent and the first deposit installment must be paid before the keys are handed over.

Addendum 10.3.2024

85 inquiries so far should give us people in Heilbronn something to think about. A good 50 of the inquirers said that their rent and all additional costs were paid by the state. Including an 18-year-old who doesn't move in with the father of her child because otherwise she wouldn't be fully financed by the state - I wouldn't be surprised if "the state" paid for two apartments at the same time and the couple moved from one to the other as soon as the first apartment is full of rubbish. Maybe it would help if the state also covered the costs of cleaning the apartment.

But the thing with young mothers was already a problem when I was confronted with it as a student during my internship. Even back then, young mothers had to live separately from their fathers, at least officially, so that they could access all state aid. I found it wrong 40 years ago that after the courses the fathers or perhaps just the current life partners waited obediently in front of the house until the mother and child had finished the “single parent” course - every welfare state collapses through its abuse, although I do I am firmly convinced that it is the “better off” people who really exploit and squeeze our state, because that requires not only chutzpah, but also some brains.
