I enjoy sitting outside in a cafeteria in southern Italy, where the Vespas and Fiat 500s drive past. The Italians are well dressed and life in the streets is fascinating.
Unfortunately, the pronounced pedestrian zones in Heilbronn do not offer this flair at all.
