A big disappointment for me is the behavior of official representatives of the Islamic religious communities in Heilbronn, some of whom I know personally. At best, they duck away and even acknowledge the murder of German citizens.
If you immigrate to a country as foreign as Germany, even if you did so involuntarily as a child accompanied by your own parents, you have to at least try to integrate yourself into the society there - always just complaining about how evil the Germans are supposed to be being one is not enough.
For German reasons of state, it is entirely right that we should particularly protect our Jewish fellow citizens, as they have actually suffered unspeakable suffering at the hands of us Germans in the past. That's why everyone who wants to be German or even just live in our country must commit to our country and our values without any ifs or buts!
Anyone who doesn't want this is free to emigrate to other countries and be happy there. The current silence of Islamic religious representatives now makes me doubt whether it is actually a good idea to build prominent mosques in Heilbronn.

At the request of the Heilbronner Stimme from November 9.11.2023th, XNUMX Erdinc Altuntas replied in his role as DITIB chairman on November 12.11.2023, XNUMX (I have an answer). It is a general statement that focuses on “anti-Muslim racism” and also cites examples of how German Muslims are threatened and insulted.
Erdinc Altuntas could certainly have answered differently and better if the Turkish government had allowed him to do so.
Pogroms

Even after the end of the Second World War, the Eastern Europeans and Russians did not allow themselves to be deterred from continuing to persecute and murder Jews. And even today, pogroms are not history, but are unfortunately as relevant as they were in the last few centuries. Along with nationalism, anti-Semitism is even flourishing in new ways, which I associate with the general decline in human intelligence - although artificial intelligence certainly won't be able to help us in this regard. On the contrary, there is a danger that it will give the mob even more free time and opportunities for pogroms, since these people can no longer be used for anything else.
Reinhard Müller writes under the title “Respect the suffering of others“ in the FAZ (November 8.11.2023th, XNUMX) the following:
“November 9th in all its facets should therefore be a reminder of the humanity that precedes democracy and the rule of law. The state cannot command peaceful coexistence, but it can create the conditions for it. Through education and example. The Basic Law was created 'in responsibility before God and people'. This is still a good breeding ground for tolerant coexistence.”

That's why we urgently need to bring our education system back into shape and should at least make a standardized intelligence test compulsory when immigrating to Germany - entry only from an IQ of 120.

I was able to end the last two days in the evenings at regular meetings. Both were not only well attended, but also had very interesting and exciting topics to offer. At least for those fellow citizens who are interested in Europe and local politics - these are actually topics that should be of interest to every citizen.
I recently had... Ratskeller a very good onion roast on the plate, this time there was goose with chestnuts with a stuffed apple slice, with dumplings and red cabbage - the best goose I have eaten in recent years. Rainer Mosthaf and his chef Michael Ochmainski have outdone themselves.
At yesterday's regulars' table in the broom from Rolf Heinrich I had tripe in red wine sauce, also a very delicious affair. All in all, two evenings of good conversation and good food — what more could you want?
