mailbox

No, the issue here is not that Deutsche Post wants to reintroduce the class system, but rather the well-known fact that administrations multiply themselves. A mayor wanted a mailbox in front of the town hall, where citizens could post their ideas and, if necessary, criticism.

A few years later, the municipality has its own office manager for citizens' concerns, a new office for this gentleman, with several departments, just because of the importance of the whole thing, which in turn led to most of the other offices and departments starting with the human resources department also had to expand to better manage both new and old employees. Of course, this also led to the establishment of currently two trade unions and the permanent commissioning of a consulting company that analyzes the new circumstances and assists all employees in the administration. In the meantime, original administrative tasks had to be outsourced, i.e. outsourced to civil service providers, so that the administration could still be fully present for the citizens.

Although the mailbox in question still does not exist today, the municipal council is fiercely debating where the necessary new building of the town hall should go and how best to get the appropriate subsidies - a completely new department in the town hall should now take care of it.

criminal protection

Since 2008 at the latest, a Soviet dictator has been allowed to murder and rape as he pleases and can always be sure of the sympathy and support of his Heilbronn "comrades". And even if he wants a town twinning with Heilbronn, he will get it.

But as soon as our American allies have an accident, this is hyped up to the point of an imperialist nuclear war. This time, thank God, there were no deaths. And like the first time on the Waldheide, no nuclear warheads were involved. Nevertheless, once again all registers are pulled out, and we can even read outrageous things in a letter to the editor from today's Heilbronner Voice.

"It's time for the US Army to get rid of and scrap its deadly missiles and bombs."

Konrad Wanner, letter to the editor in the Heilbronner Voice (February 20.2.2023, 21: XNUMX)

But when it comes to protecting their own comrades, these people even find excuses for mass murder and genocide — from their point of view, the Russians are probably murdering and raping in Ukraine precisely to save the world from the US imperialists.

So it would no longer surprise me if these perpetrators-understanders loosened the wheel nuts and cut through the brake hoses on my comrades' and my comrades' cars during the "Hot Autumn", probably just to save Germany from its own conscripts.

Berlin

Without ifs and buts Berlin has long since become an intolerable state. It may play a role that this city has been the capital of unjust and terrorist states at least twice and still attracts totalitarians from all countries to this day. In addition, there is certainly the fact that this city has probably never been able to live and survive on its own and since it was founded it has lived on donations, first from the surrounding area and now from the entire federal territory and the European Union.

This all led to a unique entanglement within the city and to an incomparable political and administrative failure. As we know today, the Berliners are still able to cheer Honecker and the other members of his criminal gang in pubs, but they are no longer able to ensure free and secret elections. On the other hand, voluntary civic engagement is almost only found in riots of all kinds; and even then, one cannot be certain that the rioters themselves will be paid for it.

Since we can no longer move our parliament and the federal government to Frankfurt for cost reasons alone, we urgently need to take other measures. The federal state of Berlin should be dissolved this year and the city added to the federal state of Brandenburg. The city of Berlin itself is under federal supervision and the entire administration is reduced to what is absolutely necessary. In addition, a special public prosecutor's office would have to process all the events of the last few years.

But Berlin can also be good for something, namely a warning as to where it will lead if you not only encourage sentimentality, nepotism and incompetence, but also turn them into a melange with subsidies of all kinds that is unparalleled anywhere in the world.

And so we have to be careful in all our cities that we don't end up in Berlin's vicious circle. We have to make urban cliques, which now like to work together across party lines, transparent at an early stage and uncover their negative effects on our administrations and all companies and institutions that are active in the urban environment. The people of Frankfurt recently started doing this, and we Heilbronners would certainly be well advised not to always look the other way, at least as long as richer citizens try to compensate for the worst effects with their donations. Because with that we are slowly but surely getting Berlin conditions, the consequences of which will then suddenly no longer be able to be remedied.

"Left-wing optimism repeats the insidious bourgeois superstition that one shouldn't paint the devil on the wall, but stick to the positive. 'The Lord does not like the world? Then he must look for a better one.' — that is the slang of socialist realism.”

  • The Berlin chaos problem IMHO is largely due to the state financial equalization. Only if this were to disappear would there be a compulsion on Berliners to change something and create functioning structures. But that won't happen any more than asking frogs to drain the swamp.
The only consequence of uniting Berlin with Brandenburg, IMHO, is that the chaos zone will be further enlarged in terms of area

    • Doesn't just apply to administrations. With increasing size, the top performers just seem to disappear. And the rest is self-explanatory.

      • The phenomenon of "diffusion of responsibility" in large organizations, when the topics are to be answered by individuals without competence.

  • The integration of Berlin into Brandenburg would be the first correct step towards reducing the enormous administrative costs from which the population is suffering. However, such processes could also be initiated here on site.
Why do Pfaffenhofen, Zaberfeld, Cleebronn or Güglingen need their own mayor and town hall? Wouldn't it make sense to unite the Zabergäu region in one town hall in Brackenheim or Lauffen?
Schwaigern, Leingarten, Massenbachhausen would be another possibility to efficiently combine the town halls.
    Lion's Arch and Desert Red
    Weinsberg, Ellhofen and Lehrensteinsfeld
Bad Wimpfen, Bad Rappenau, Bad Friedrichshall
    etc.

  • Perhaps the ideologues of all colors at least have one thing in common in hypocrisy. The new equality of a society that grew up with few role models.
