Rassismus
Even if our self-proclaimed chief ideologues want us to believe that racism has nothing to do with the color of the skin. Not even if they derive it pseudoscientifically from existing and supposed oppressive conditions and come to two conclusions, namely that there is no black racism and that racism is therefore almost always white. I don't think there's a better way to unmask yourself as a racist.
Racism can easily be pinned down to a single question: are you an asshole or are you not? If you answer "yes" to that question, then chances are pretty good that you're also a racist.
Dancing
My better half gave me a dance class for my birthday, so after a couple of decades I'm hitting the dance floor again. This time in the Dance School Brenner right around the corner from us.
I started dancing at the Wolf auf der Allee dance school in the 1970s and then for a while at the Wolf-Boppel dance school on Paulinenstraße.
Now it's time to pick up on the old dance skills, but above all to have a few enjoyable hours again and again.
prohibitions
Instead of dealing with books and trying to understand them and putting them in the context of their time, we now make things very, very easy for ourselves.
Books you don't understand or don't want to understand are now becoming simply censored or even banned outright.
It is also very interesting to observe which books are bought and promoted for this purpose - some of them do not even meet the minimum standards of our language, not to mention the lack of content.
If we continue to want everything to be as simple as possible and no longer know any minimum standards, the esoteric departments in our libraries will soon gain the upper hand and the next book burnings will become a popular event.
