Today I had my last reading of this school year. It would have been nice if all the students had understood what I was reading. In any case, it wasn't the book's fault. Our schools, at least in some cities and federal states, are actually just storage facilities to spare the parents having to deal with their own brood for as long as possible. That's why the holidays should now be shortened.
The problem lies on the one hand in the socialist understanding of education and on the other hand in the result of a broken welfare state that produces more and more underage citizens. To make matters worse, even with the necessary immigrants, merit remains unachieved, making most of our public schools a nightmare for any teacher. So it is not surprising that today, at least in Baden-Württemberg, students leave school with a degree without being able to understand or speak German, let alone read or write it. Quite apart from arithmetic or even general education.
In a kind of self-defense reaction, parents who are halfway responsible try to get their children to go to rural schools or at least to place them in private schools, which ultimately destroys our society as a whole.
In the meantime, I've come to the realization that this is our educational goal across all parties. As in the USA (liberal or conservative parties) or in socialism (left-wing parties), one would like to keep as many citizens as stupid and in debt as possible so that they can be very easily controlled by a political and social elite.
Unfortunately, our current political and social elites are not educated elites, otherwise they would know that such countries will fail in the medium to long term. The few remaining socialist states can only survive as criminal regimes and in the USA, the United Kingdom or France you can currently see quite clearly how the processes of decay are spreading. And with us, too, these processes of decay have already begun.
As a "tutor" at meseno, I was able to experience once again today how efforts to help lost children can have a positive effect on them. That's why I'm firmly convinced that we citizens can still turn things around if we reintroduce the performance principle as quickly as possible, at least in education and training, and also massively sanction stupidity, laziness and fraud again.
If we don't do this, then in a few years we will all have bitter experiences!

I would like to warmly congratulate my French friends on their national holiday today. I hope that at least on this day the unrest in the suburbs will calm down a bit.
I also “congratulate” our German politicians and activists, who justify crimes by saying that they have to commit them out of “a kind of self-defense” and that they are not criminal offenses because the courts have not yet decided on them; there is no better way to destroy a democracy. I would like to point out that there is no right in the wrong!
Anyone who, for "reasons of environmental protection" e.g. B. endangers air and road traffic and then justifies this with the fact that environmental pollution also and much more endangers all citizens, who shows a legal understanding that does not fit a democratic society!
I have suspected for a long time that these activists are not actually concerned with environmental protection, but that they have once again just found a new topic to dismantle our democracy.

According to a comment in the Heilbronner Voice (July 14.7.2023, 4: XNUMX) by Valerie Pale comparisons with Nazis are often a rhetorical boomerang. Why she uses the English word "Boomerang" will probably remain her secret.
Your comparisons listed there, however, lag quite enormously, because Josip Juratovic had made a very different statement. He did not slander as he apparently did then Helmut Kohl Mikhail Gorbachev or about how up-to-date Vladimir Putin wrongly labeled the Ukrainian President as a fascist, but Josip Juratovic only notes, and rightly so, that today's AfD voters would certainly have voted for the NSDAP back then.
Juratovic's assertion can be easily substantiated by comparing the statements made by Nazis and today's AfD politicians and voters. These are often identical, not only in terms of content, but also in the “wording” (I can also speak a little English!). In addition, the current Heilbronn AfD parliamentary group officially on Facebook and Co. recently on National Day of Mourning Albert Leo Schlageter — a Nazi hero (!) — remembered!
With that Valerie Pale by the way, real Nazis are only “concerned citizens”! She washes them clean with it. And the bearer of the bad news, namely that AfD voters would also vote for the NSDAP, is informed in passing that the only thing left for him to do is resign.
Now I'm curious to see how it turns out Valerie Pale comments that, as in Brandenburg, "concerned citizens" are already "driving democrats through the streets" and making sure that they not only have to leave their jobs, but also have to leave the city.
