I can just imagine that the SPD would tolerate a CDU minority government. We would have a chance of a strong opposition and an experienced prime minister who could make history.
In any case, there would be a little more going on in the Bundestag, and if the members of parliament put their foot down, our democracy would be further strengthened and the anti-democrats would be convicted of their incompetence.
Factual and technical discussions would be the order of the day and with every major vote everyone would have to remember their personal responsibility; I firmly believe that this would be a wonderful four years and that MEPs would be assured of the respect and recognition of the electorate.
