Feature photo: a year later at Lake Tahoe
As a student, I was the first male intern at the family home in Heilbronn, which among other things meant that I later wanted to be there when my children were born. And so an aging head of the course agreed that I left the course briefly for the birth of my first son.
After a good two-hour drive, I arrived at the SLK hospital, only to find that it was going to take a little longer. And as soon as I was a proud father and the two grandmothers were there, I returned to the course, which I - now with other things on my mind - completed quite well.
