Although our judiciary repeatedly points out that it is completely overwhelmed with its work, our lawyers do not refrain from making their own decisions about things that, if at all, an almighty God could perhaps regulate.
And so I was amazed today (Heilbronner Voice, September 7.9.2023th, 23: XNUMX) that the German judiciary already decides when a rooster has to crow or not. So far I thought that this was solely due to a question for the rooster itself or the biology of this animal species - maybe another whim of nature.
But no, according to our judiciary, a rooster may only crow from 6.00 a.m., not a minute earlier. He probably also has to keep the midday rest and has to spend his animal existence sleeping in the stable from 22.00 p.m. at the latest.
Now I'm curious to see when our judiciary will legislate on sunrise and sunset and how they want to convey this decision to the sun?
