My first lava lamp adorned my room in the 1970s and was probably the victim of my first moves. When lava lamps became popular again in the 1990s, I couldn't resist and bought another one.
To this day, this lava lamp sits in a corner of my office and it still works. But I can't remember how many lightbulbs have already been replaced. In any case, it will probably have fulfilled its task and purpose when the last available light bulbs are gone, because the whole thing no longer works with LED light.
Considering the amount of time this gadget has stayed with me, I can't really complain. However, I will not buy a third one.
