There is not a lack of housing in Germany, that is a myth! There is too little affordable housing here.

And we have to find solutions for this!

The solution proposed by the Socialists that property owners have to pay tenants money to keep their apartments in good condition is absurd.

This is probably also the approach that all those who are just a burden on us would do so best where there is more than enough housing available (–> e.g. new federal states).

That is why the parties should at least start looking for practical solutions.

And as soon as these are on the table, we citizens as a whole could discuss them.
