If you follow the current SPD logic and pay a little more attention to the mayor's words “The care of our historical heritage and dealing with it are important concerns to me,” then, assuming a Heilbronn unity party majority, we can soon after the 9th. June 2024 expect that all Heilbronn streets and squares will be restored to their original state before 1945. And if the Nazis did leave a few Democrats left at that time, we could get through them too Erich Honecker and Co. and thereby also come to terms with the GDR dictatorship.
To give the whole thing a crowning conclusion, I suggest adding the market square Wladimir Putin-Place to be renamed so that Heilbronn's youngest (wartime) twin town can finally be given an appropriate treatment.
Of course, I would like to give my readers the opinion on this matter Killian Krauth not withheld.
By the way, it might be a bit unusual, even for the Heilbronn Voice, for an author to first write an article and then also provide the corresponding opinion piece.
