Our educational system is not at its best! Anyone who claims otherwise must be accused of at least supporting this misery, if not driving it forward. What do we have to do to make our schools and our education system sustainable as a whole?

I'm convinced that we don't have to reinvent the wheel, we just have to accept the advantages of existing models and put them in the right context.

Let's start at the beginning of the chain. at Kindergärten, Day-care centres and special schools; Anyone who is bothered by the latter term can suggest alternative terms, but this will not negate the need for special schools. Depending on personal needs, each child begins their school education and training at one of these locations. Since there will always be people with major mental or physical disabilities, you have to think about how best to integrate them into society - according to the term used today: included. On the one hand for financial reasons and on the other hand because of the constant lack of qualified supervisors and teachers, not every kindergarten and not every day-care center can ensure the inclusion of people with major disabilities. That is why we have to provide appropriate facilities and can also align them to the benefit of those affected.

As soon as a child reaches the pick-up point "School Enrollment", which due to today's mobility in our society, must be defined uniformly and clearly at least at federal level, it comes to the Elementary School. Children who lack the necessary maturity, comprehension or language skills are special schools further supported and ideally later integrated into the regular school system. Since it is not feasible to make every primary school inclusive for the reasons already mentioned, it has to Elementary Schools Plus that can also be used fully by children with greater physical limitations. The aim of the elementary schools is still to give all students a basic knowledge and, bad luck, who thinks badly about it, to distribute the students to the secondary schools. This "division" must be returned to the responsibility of the teachers and supervisors who are also provided for it!

After going through elementary school, the pupils come to either one Hauptschule, a Medium- or Realschule or on a High School preparation. As mentioned above, the collection points required for this must be uniform at least at federal level. And the respective upbringing, training and educational goals must also be defined nationwide. In order to ensure the inclusion of all students with major physical disabilities, it may be necessary here as well plus schools be set up and maintained. In addition, for students for whom completing elementary school is a success, or for students for whom remaining in the school system would be a waste of time, special schools be available in order to bring the latter to a university as quickly as possible or to prepare the former in the best possible way for a possible stay in the corresponding subsequent facilities.

After completing secondary school, all graduates should have a Apprenticeships and the appropriate vocational school be mandatory. Realschule graduates would have between Apprenticeship & vocational school, Teaching & University or visiting one University Select; this decision should definitely be supported by the respective "class teacher". For high school graduates, attending a college or university would only be logical and dependent on individual performance.

Also on ours universities, the original facilities for higher education, changes must be made. The special training needs of industry, business and commerce can be optimally covered by appropriate universities that are also subsidized in this regard. In this way, universities could devote more time to scientific knowledge again, and also make it easier for their teachers to obtain a university teaching qualification and thus increase the overall level of education, which is very beneficial for the further development of every society.
