The city of Pforzheim has had such security service specialists for a while and is also using them successfully. And the city of Hanover, which has been using garbage sheriffs since 1999, now wants to hire even more garbage investigators in order to be able to better control the city's littering by its own citizens.
We Heilbronners are obviously no better or worse than the other townspeople in Germany, and so I propose that we also strengthen our municipal security service with waste investigators.
Because if you take a closer look around our city, in the Heilbronn forest and fields, and also look at the rubbish around our garbage collection points, then it's time that we finally didn't just distribute those cigarette butts and chewing gum throughout the city , asks you to pay, but also finds those who dispose of even more and even larger rubbish everywhere in our country wildly and completely unrestrained.

Little has happened since then and it is still not only important that the normal garbage sinners among us are caught red-handed and finally held accountable, but also that those who distribute the garbage in cloak and dagger operations across the entire city area are identified.
Whether these investigators are then called waste investigators or garbage sheriffs is probably irrelevant; The main thing is that we get these specialists to work in our city quickly.
