My first book

What takes a long time will finally be good (Ovid), and so I can now also report that my book project, which has been on my mind for the past four years or so, has come to a successful conclusion – at least for me.

After having to trim my first draft down quite a bit on the advice of professionals and also remove many appendices, the publishers I contacted still found the book to be too large, with only one publisher willing to take the risk in case I was lazy .

I had actually resigned myself to only making my work available online to interested parties when a good friend recommended that I self-publish the book, which I ended up doing. In the version of my book that is now available, I have also removed the remaining appendices and now make all appendices available online to interested readers.

This enabled me to reduce the book to 213 pages and now I hope to be able to keep the reader's attention right through to the end.

In addition, I already have the most important book appendices in a separate blog post "Nine plus five“ summarized and now see if this summary meets with interest.

Should my book Europe is for everyone! – From Homo sapiens to Homo Europaeus If the reader likes it, and if the need to have the appendices in the book is articulated, I could think about publishing an expanded version of the book later.

If you would now like to take a closer look at the book, you will find the book's table of contents with all appendices online on my website.

Of course, I would be very happy if you would buy the book and recommend it to your friends and acquaintances.

If you have any questions or comments about the book or its appendices, you can discuss it with me, or with other European federalists, in the forums of the European regulars' table.
