Every sunrise lets all the fireworks in the world forgotten and shows us humans that the world keeps turning.

I wish my readers a 2025 that is as satisfying as possible, with good health and the necessary energy to at least make their own lives a little better.

If we can do this without others having to suffer, this year can only be better than the last.

By the way, those of you reading this who are from Heilbronn will have certainly noticed that the Peace Church is missing, although it has been missing since 1952. And the synagogue has been gone for a while.

As the sun rises, decisions are made.

  1. The repurposing of the Peace Church site is still difficult, although space problems are emerging at the new community site. A new synagogue site could also improve some sad areas in the city center.
There are enough opportunities for the town hall to continue to wait and see. But perhaps a patron will be found...

    1. As a patron, you can't save taxes by supporting churches or synagogues, at least not really. Not to mention that you can also make a profit from it.

Klaus-Michael Kühne now wants to build an opera house in Hamburg, whether the city's finances will survive is another matter - but the federal government will probably step in once again, because what would Germany be without its patrons.
