Success is certain because the situation of the European Union is unsustainable and absolutely no one in their right mind wants the European Union to fall apart.

En la Federacion FAEF se ha hecho lo mismo que hicieron en la Convencion de Filadelfia en 1787. Si aquella Convencion logro aprobar una Constitucion Federal, la Federacion FAEF (Federal Allinace of European Federalists) tambien lo ha logrado.
For tanto ahora necesitamos hacer promotion of the Constitution pasando por encima de las Instituciones oficiales y que sean los ciudadanos de Europa quienes ratifique la Constitucion Federal. Con 9 Estados (tanto de la UE como fuera de ella) que ratifiquen en referendum se fundaran los Estados Federados de Europa.
Los Estados donde el referendum de ratificacion haya sido rechazado, tendran la puerta abierta para entrar en la Federacion en el futuro, tal como sucedio en USA que solo 9 Estados (procedentes de las 13 colonias britanicas) ratificaron aquella Constitucion que permitio la cracion del primer State federal del mundo.

Ces personnes n'auront en main qu'un drapeau de l'Europe et quelques brochures à distributor aux personnes de passage.
Nous voulons connaître les exigences nécessaires pour que ces membres de l'Association puissent effectuer ce travail le 10 september à proximité du Parlement européen, livrer les brochures et donner des informations aux personnes intéressées à savoir plus de la matière.
Nous prévoyons de répéter cette action 3 fois par mois, followed by 2 days, from 11:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. at partir d'octobre 2022 pour une durée non encore determinée.

Imagine EU-Heilbronn changing its position and supporting the initiative... I, as a member, will continue to insist that Heilbronn lead EU-Germany, change its position and support the constitution establishing the Federated States of Europe . The EU is about to fall apart and we shouldn't wait for that, so every person, association, club etc must take that responsibility before it's too late.

as far as the European federal state is concerned, we are all with you! Many of us also believe that the best way to achieve this is through a common constitution, which, however, could be created through a constitutional convention in the EU.
Your draft constitution (which I also support) is certainly a nice intellectual playground that will help the federalists involved in their own development and, with the right approach (remember the words of Lars Becker at the 5th Hertenstein Talks) would also have been good advertising for a European federal state.
So we have to accuse the initiators of overreaching themselves with the desire to have created a new constitution for everyone. I think you've overshot the mark.
But that's better than doing nothing at all! And so it would be a great pleasure for me if you could present your current status of the draft to those present during the lunch break during the 6th Hertenstein Talks, or at least lay out some information material about it.
