It is slowly but surely dawning on those responsible in Heilbronn's town hall and municipal council that drinking alone simply does not make you happy.

Although they spare no expense or effort to organize the largest possible parties and feasts in the city, it is now increasingly happening that the expected number of party guests falls short of their own expectations.

Heilbronn is also changing; more and more citizens would rather have a clean city with a well-functioning infrastructure.
