Based on or even as a counterpoint to the Heilbronn Experimenta, I have long wished for a “Europe House”.
- provides meeting, training and assembly rooms for Heilbronn groups, clubs, associations and institutions,
- offers a "Parliamentarium" for individuals and groups, in which the work of a municipal council, district council, state parliament, federal parliament and even the European Parliament can be shown, simulated and also re-enacted,
- shows an exhibition for all interested parties in which topics such as the history of Europe, democracy and federalism are processed and explained.
This Europahaus Heilbronn could then be expanded to include a cafeteria, a "museum & information shop" and temporary exhibitions, e.g. B. to the Heilbronn twin towns.
I think that would not only be an excellent addition to Heilbronn as an educational location, but also a good opportunity to explain the actual basics of our successful and peaceful coexistence to all citizens of Heilbronn-Franconia and to further expand their communication with each other.
