It is always impressive to see how the city administration and municipal council wake up from time to time and are then completely amazed that things that we actually take for granted do not exist or work in our country.
Some time ago I asked myself urban cycle path plans searched and was put off with somewhat older and less meaningful documents. It would actually have surprised me if there was a cycling school route map in Heilbronn.
It's enough that we as a city are represented in some "bicycle associations" for a lot of money and can also show any corresponding awards, such as "bicycle-friendly city". We don't need to have roadworthy cycle paths or even a corresponding plan.
Funny again, who should be to blame for everything: according to the city administration, the mayor to be precise Wilfried Hajek (Heilbronner Voice, November 9.11.21th, 25: XNUMX), the schools.
As if in times of insufficient administrative requirements, such as schools e.g. B. should deal with a pandemic, or where they get the necessary teachers and other problems caused by politics - not to mention the parents, who demand extra parking spaces in front of the schools, but preferably their own children forever would be left in school — our schools could also submit a mouth-blown plan for bike lanes to the city council.
So it's not surprising that the municipal council is now making the first demands for financial incentives: throwing other people's money out the window as the usual management solution.
How about? The city requests more soldiers from the federal government and sends the responsible city employees on well-deserved vacation.

The idea behind the automated e-mail notifications that registered weblog users constantly receive is not that you necessarily read every blog post, but only those that interest you.
This is, at least in my opinion, a more practicable solution than subscribing to the weblog's RSS feeds, because with that — because it won't stop with these feeds once you've decided on RSS — you're faced with the real question even more quickly, How much information can you actually process?
With Detlef Stern and Thomas Michl I know at least two people who will vehemently disagree with me on this, while praising the benefits of RSS.
I myself have always used either self-hosted or externally operated RSS readers, but ultimately could not become friends with either type.
So I recommend the simpler e-mail subscription and advise that if you subscribe to other websites, you should use your own dedicated e-mail address.
Vorbereitungen
In the near future I will not only be able to take part as a delegate at a federal congress for the fourteenth time, but this time only virtually, but also lead a district meeting for the sixteenth time.
All of this needs to be prepared, and anyone who now believes that this will become routine over time has not yet heard of us federalists. But that's the beauty of it!
And when everything is prepared, the question always arises as to how many fellow campaigners can be motivated to attend the committee meetings, or which members, purely intrinsically motivated, will face this task again?
I was also able to use the preparations to redesign the club's website a bit and, while I was at it, tinkering around with my weblog a little — as it turns out, my ability to multitask is less developed now and all the weblog now has a few more quirks.
