E-Book

Since yesterday my book "EUROPA-UNION" is also available as an e-book. So you can download it to your phone, tablet, e-book reader or home computer and read it there.

Although this is not quite to my liking, I would also like to use this method in order to perhaps be able to address somewhat younger readers as well.

And if someone is a digital power reader, then this e-book suits them even free of charge is available for storage, management and analysis.

dump

It's amazing that the voice of Heilbronn is now also reporting on our city forest: "Forest degenerates into a dump". Years ago, when I was still out and about with my dog, I was able to follow the garbage tracks of the children and hiking groups. and wild garbage dumps, bundled newspapers, household waste or building rubble are also nothing new.

No sooner has a tree grown than it is taken from the forest again, ferns and other plants that are nice to look at are gladly carried home by visitors to the forest. Anything else lying around that can be used ends up in the trailers or trunks of cars parked in the woods, with or without authorization.

And if you think you are undisturbed in a "protected area", one or two cyclists will break through the bushes.

The forest fares the same way as our pedestrian zones, dirt, cigarette butts, packaging or other rubbish are left exactly where they are. Disposal containers of all kinds usually only serve as a guide, namely as an indication of where the garbage can best be disposed of. In addition, one even likes to drag it from home.

So it would no longer surprise me if larger quantities are already being sunk in the Neckar.

I've already given up collecting the garbage in the forest, and since my dog died I don't go there anymore either - because the forest was supposed to be for recreation.

shops

Anyone who decides to have a shop in a pedestrian zone, perhaps apart from retail chains, also wants to find a pleasant environment and as many potential customers as possible around their own shop. If it is then still a matter of affluent customers, all the better.

It is also understandable that certain population groups who live in cramped spaces or even on the street like to romp about in shopping malls, pedestrian zones or squares. Then there are the Ländler, for whom staying and shopping in a city is something special.

All of these are actually potentials for every dealer and service provider that can be used profitably. In order for this to work, the city administration is required to create the optimal conditions for this.

And that includes streets and squares that are clearly clean and feel safe. Ensuring this is the task of a public order office and street cleaning.

The city administration can only do justice to its task through permanent controls and immediate action — with correspondingly effective consequences for all kinds of “sinners” — as well as meticulous keeping the public space clean, including cigarette butts, chewing gum and excrement.

And if Heilbronn still wants to be a shopping and adventure city, then the city's priorities must be set differently and also be supported financially and in terms of personnel!

I firmly believe that education and the appropriate controls and sanctions are the better way of social welfare and caring for everyone.
