Swimming
Swim a few laps in the Neckarhalde completely undisturbed today, then take a relaxed walk through the city and also see how far they have come with the conversion of Turmstrasse. Now a bit of paperwork and then game night — what more could you want?

Once again, local politicians promise, very effective in the press, to upgrade Turmstrasse. Since I have had to listen to these promises again and again for decades and know that those who promise this again and again are also those who have been helping to prevent the modernization of Turmstraße for years, I suspect that they are just once again making their perception deficit with us Heilbronner wanted to compensate - the somewhat younger fellow citizens may still believe their promises and commitments.
outhouse
As one could read in the voice of Heilbronn today, the Neckar was officially inaugurated as the Heilbronn outhouse. We can be happy that the fire brigade was there so quickly and was able to take care of the not yet so practiced public defecation.
However, it would be better if, instead of setting up more and more "drinking halls" in and around Heilbronn, one would ensure that there were public toilets as well as sufficient toilets in the pubs and restaurants themselves, because everything that goes in upstairs has to come out downstairs.
Alternatively, one could reintroduce the job of the salesman in Heilbronn — if necessary also offer it as a municipal service — and combine it with the latest technology. I can well imagine that bicycle-powered Dixi toilets (also with an electric motor if you like) rushing through Heilbronn's pedestrian zones and along the Neckar, stopping at hand signals and offering their service.
I'll bet that our city would no longer need another very costly and only partially effective application and maybe even, all in all, could still make a profit.
