European regular's table

At the end of a turbulent day, there was the monthly European round table, which I didn't want to miss. This was not only very interesting because of the new information, but also because we were able to welcome a new regulars' table visitor. And since the resulting discussions lasted a little longer, our regulars' table was also extended.

So the rest of the night is too short to immerse myself in my novel. That's why an older crime series is now running alongside for relaxation.

No sooner had I here on the weblog about that importance of volunteering written for our society, one can read in the voice of Heilbronn what is meant by that in our city. We are still looking for "voluntary" breakfast helpers, I have already reported on this, which are now probably also being paid (Heilbronnerstimme, December 07.12.2021th, 31: XNUMX).

However, the whole thing is surpassed by the most recent development in Heilbronn, in which a professional politician who had just been voted out is now being promoted to a position created especially for him (Heilbronner Voice, December 07.12.2021th, 32: XNUMX — “active post”) in a well-known social institution in Heilbronn which, by the way, is borne by our taxes — including church taxes — and donations.
