A European breakfast to start the weekend and a bit of dancing to end it. In between there was a bit of confusion about how I could teach the students how to study shortly before they graduate - they continue to look for problems in my seminar; our welfare state seems to have driven the students' independence out of them. It is fitting that those who fail at university blame the system for it - although they could be right, namely that the system should never have allowed them to go beyond secondary school.

The local council and city administration are currently expanding our provincial train station (Heilbronner Stimme) into a better S-Bahn stop and are also ensuring that it can no longer even be reached by bus or car. And at the same time, these fellow citizens are demanding an ICE connection for Heilbronn - you don't have to understand that.

Meanwhile, Dieter schwarz University and research buildings in and around Heilbronn. The question remains as to which scientists or IT or AI experts should be employed in these many buildings. Another question is how they can commute in and out.

Every now and then I still receive cards, the day before yesterday one from Dan Schaffer, which I do not want to withhold from my readers. When a deceased person goes to heaven to his complete surprise and asks out of pure curiosity whether there is a hell, this is confirmed. Now even more curious, he asks to be allowed to see it. His request is immediately granted and shortly afterwards he is walking through hell. When he cannot see any difference between it and heaven, he asks a passing devil. The devil confirms that there are no differences. Shortly afterwards, however, he does see a very hellish door and he dares to take a look - horrified, he backs away and asks the devil in question what the hellfire there, all the torment and the shrill screaming are all about? The devil answers that he has no idea, but that the Catholics insist on it.

We all know that hell only exists on earth and in our own lifetime; most of us create it for ourselves. For example, the Republicans, who are currently Donald Trump as US President, who also admits that sex is the only thing he has in common with his own daughter and who only the day before yesterday masturbated in public with a microphone stand.

By the way, why do dogs lick their genitals? Simply because they can.

Now everything has really been said and done, now it's a matter of waiting, waiting for the decision of the American voters. Over 40 million Americans have already cast their votes, the others will surely follow tomorrow. In 2020, around 158,54 million of the 239,25 million eligible voters cast their votes. I wouldn't be surprised if this time well over 160 million Americans cast their votes, thereby raising voter turnout above the 70% mark.

And while many are now really looking forward to November 5, 2024, there are also those who are also waiting for November 15, 2024, namely for a documentary about Humphrey Bogart comes to theaters — I hope there's one near me too!

And just as I am now waiting for the next Humphrey Bogart I hope that we will see Donald Trump will only be seen in the media when he is finally sent to prison after being convicted as a criminal — the Americans could actually make history this year!
