While the first post-war building (Barthel-Areal) ventured a glimpse into the future and set urban accents, this second post-war building is obviously only a halfway well-intentioned stopgap that, apart from filling a gap, does little good for our city.
Anyone who erects such a building in a central location today has understood nothing at all. The only good thing about it is that should investors again — Dieter schwarz except once — who want to invest in Heilbronn in a sustainable and contemporary way, you can also replace this building again.
But for so long it will be the symbol of missed opportunities and wrong urban development.

It's amazing how a so-called sister party of its own "sister" torpedoed the election campaign. One could almost think that these are two egomaniac clans that don't give each other the sinecure.
The real reason probably lies a little deeper - even if it can no longer be denied about the egomaniacs - namely that the Union has been divided into two camps for decades: the well-known Christian-democratic camp and a populist national camp.
It should also be noted that the former really try to get involved in politics and the latter do everything imaginable to enrich themselves. We can even be happy about that, because once they start doing politics as well, it will be very dark again in Germany.
Confirmation
Standing this morning the first bicycle courier — friendly young man — almost in our kitchen, but without a bike, he parked it in the yard. Shortly afterwards it turned out that he had chosen the wrong house number. So I can at least confirm that we also have the new delivery service.
