Today you can once again read in the Heilbronner Stimme (May 31.5.2024, 24: XNUMX) that a few local councilors are in favor of a market hall, even if it is All such attempts have been boycotted so far have. And so I'm happy that at least the local councilors mentioned in the Voice article will now probably vote for a market hall in the future. Since we as a city now have more urgent priorities and no private investor will be coming to Heilbronn any time soon, this is likely to be such an unrealistic matter that the entire local council can speak out in favor of a market hall without any problems.
Yesterday I was able to come along Sieglinde and Herbert Burkhardt Put up a new construction fence banner, which is what you do when you want to write a blog post, read a book in peace or prepare a lecture. Afterwards I let it be known (May 31.5.2024, 27: XNUMX) that other groups also have problems with riots and missing posters, which I very much regret. It's also exciting that the city administration insists that it is neutral. Just two days ago, a city employee drove to my parents' house on behalf of the mayor and photographed two posters on private property. If he had driven a little further, he could have photographed more posters of a local councilor, but he probably didn't have an assignment to do that. Now I'm curious whether I will receive another warning? According to Claudia Küpper, the city press spokeswoman: “The administration investigates and demands information about locations that violate the requirements possibly the perpetrators to remove or hang the posters."
Our references to corresponding violations, which we reported to the city and the parties concerned in defense of our allegedly incorrectly hung posters, have not been followed up on even after four weeks, or else Küpper's “If necessary” is only taken seriously by us Free Voters. That's probably why you write Joachim Friedl at the end: “On the accusations of the Free Voters (we reported) there was no explanation from the Heilbronn town hall.”

My two usual newsletters have been in circulation since yesterday. If you miss any of them, you should check your inbox again. However, you will only receive the Free Voters Circular if you are a member.
In the EUROPA-UNION's monthly newsletter I chose one word, which you can now also find here:
As district chairman, I would like to take the opportunity to point out the importance of the upcoming elections, from those at the local level to the European Parliament. Furthermore, very few of our members will be able to vote for the next US President in November 2024.
Elections are always important and if you don't vote, you don't count! BUT, the elections this year are particularly important: the next US president will decide the welfare and woe of the Western world as a whole.
And we citizens of the Union could actually have a say in the election for the European Parliament as to whether we will have another, and perhaps even the very last, chance for a European federal state - all in all, we have all simply squandered the last 70 years, across all party lines.
At least it is up to all of us to decide whether pro-Europe and pro-democracy parties will continue to have the upper hand in the European Parliament - at least we should not fail on this question!
Things look even sadder in the local elections, because anti-democratic parties and voter groups have long since become popular with us voters: “Actually, the local neo-Nazis aren’t that bad” to “It’s time for one Adolf Hitler “clean up here again” was something I wasn’t the only one to hear many times during the election campaign. And children spoiled by prosperity often only sing what they have picked up from their parents at home in the bars and beer festivals in Germany!
Worse still, hardly any local councilor is ashamed of the fact that he himself spent years hanging out and partying with an old Nazi and SS man; he is even remembered fondly (Gold framed in Heilbronn!). On the contrary, there are no longer any problems with neo-Nazis, because they are democratically elected.
If we citizens don't pay close attention to these elections, soon there won't even be a need for an enabling law!

Sebastian Schaffer and Philipp Rhine cover that Lewis Capaldi-Song “Someone You loved” from 2018. The piano ballad was first released as a download, was then the third single from his second extended play album “Breach” (2018) and was then also included on his debut album “Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent” (2019).

As is well known, there is no shortage of market halls among our French neighbors. It has to be possible to find a travel destination that can offer the city councilors the appropriate luxury compensation for a strenuous information trip.
