adiposity

When looking at the new Bundestag, I simply couldn't think of a better title. Next to the 598 legitimate MPsstill more than any democracy actually needs — even 137 more deputies were forced on the population.

Even the Federal Constitutional Court is passed over by our deputies, at least when it comes to their own sinecures.

It's just really time to break new ground and become sustainable overall!

We must finally ensure that the Bundestag is of a manageable and appropriate size — it should be less than 300 MPs — and that the MPs can be elected a maximum of two times and that all political offices are limited to only one re-election.

Unfortunately, I'm now convinced that the next Bundestag will break the 1 mark, and "little sons" who come hell or high water don't get elected will then be appointed by dad at least as district administrator or minister.

financial flows

Today I could read again in the voice that an administration has once again hired an employee to acquire funding from Brussels.

In the meantime, there are entire departments in the administrations of the municipalities, cities and districts that are only specialized in tapping transfer payments from the state, the federal government or the EU.

The whole thing borders on madness when projects are only realized if there are also appropriate subsidies for them, because then the "distribution apparatus" has won and decides centrally for all citizens what, when and how to do it.

Soon the streets in Heilbronn and other comparable cities will probably only be cleaned if the President of the Commission in Brussels initiates a billion-euro future fund "Clean Streets for Europe".

It could be so easy, at least in our Federal Republic! For the first time, the money stays where it is generated, namely in the cities and communities. And from there it is slowly pumped up according to need and common rules in order to give the federal states, the federal government and also the EU financial resources to enable them to do their very own tasks.

This ensures that our system is working again. It is also ensured that, on the one hand, there are fewer "evaporation losses" and, on the other hand, our administrations can become leaner again.

Berlin

The biggest mistake in the history of the Federal Republic of Germany was to make Berlin a state and also the federal capital. At that time in particular, one should have resorted to a functioning city, namely Frankfurt. The charm of this would also have been that it has democratic roots, including German ones, and is located in the center of Germany — quite apart from an international airport.

Two problems arose from the start at Berlin to make matters worse. Firstly, that West Berlin was traditionally a burden for all other federal states, and secondly, all GDR bigwigs gathered in East Berlin and still cheer the GDR today — if not torpedo all democratic efforts in and around Berlin.

Due to the move of the parliament to Berlin — the environment always has an effect — many down-to-earth West German politicians became “national cosmopolitans” with a penchant for megalomania, which further promoted the transfer payments to Berlin and every Berlin wishful thinking, no matter how nonsensical, realized — except they are monuments to democracy.

When it was then decided that education and work in Berlin shouldn't be an effort, the fate of this city was sealed: the only thing you can do in Berlin now is fill out forms to receive transfer payments. Ok — and rampage if you don't get what you want.

  • Hello Henry,
I would like to say about Berlin that the GDR bigwigs are becoming fewer and fewer due to age and that has also had an impact on the number of left-wing voters.

Look at Berlin and Leipzig Süd, they are gathering places (from all over Germany) for confused young German people who don't necessarily have a job, maybe more or less studying, often just sitting around and already in the morning with the bottle in philosophizing around by hand and coming up with terrible ideas.

Look at Leipzig, where some excavator or crane is constantly on fire and a woman who works for a real estate company is attacked and beaten in her own apartment.

Or look at Dresden, where a teacher student is being tried for beating up others wildly and and... and, as I said, they don't just come from the East.

Why did you always let them? Squatting was tolerated. Then people keep talking about activists. For me, that's a real nonsense in the media today. For me an activist is something else.

That time to our big cities. It's one reason we'd like to leave Leipzig... and retreat to a vineyard.
