Catan
After five days in a row, today is probably the last time we've unboxed the settlers of Catan this year. What is new for me and also very revealing is that this game, which we have been playing in the family for a good twenty years, has probably been called Catan for a little longer. In any case, this renaming didn't harm the game and so it is now probably one of the most successful board games alongside chess, Go and Monopoly.

In the time between the years I always get around to putting on new records and so I recently Bill Charlap discovered for me. He has been playing the piano for a good 52 years now and still doing it really well.
In 2015 he also brought a record together Tony bennet out and most recently the record "Street of Dreams" along with Peter and kenny washington. Unfortunately, his records are very hard to come by, so I've been looking for "I'm Old Fashioned" for a long time, which he's with Peter Bernstein and Peter washington released on December 21, 2010.
Red plus
After far too many black zeros, which brought our country to the brink of ruin but certainly set us all back decades in terms of infrastructure, the times of the red plus are now coming.
Debt becomes investment, and less debt than originally intended becomes profit, namely the so-called red plus. So we are finally facing the blooming landscapes that one or the other black zero had long promised us.
We have just generated such a red plus in Heilbronn with the BUGA. According to the voice of Heilbronn (28.12.2021: 27) "According to the final calculation, the city of Heilbronn invested 131,3 million euros in the new Neckarbogen urban district and permanent Buga facilities. ... The measures implemented in the implementation budget increased by seven million euros. They increased from EUR 44,5 million (2012) to EUR 51,7 million now.So we taxpayers can only hope that these 183 million euros were the only BUGA expenditures and that there will be no other BUGA households to be found.
So now most people in Heilbronn are happy that 2 million euros were spent less than intended, and we are officially celebrating this campaign with a red plus to lock.
Certainly, with the development of a new district and the attention Heilbronn received during BUGA in 2019, BUGA is an asset — but also a pretty expensive one.
