There is hardly a better way to end a day than when another author asks if he can quote from my book. At least I feel that I take this as the highest credit that can be given to an author.
This also took my book to the next level. Now I hope that the new book by this author will be a great success.

Today we can read in the voice of Heilbronn that not all municipal councils are in favor of a market hall in Heilbronn. It is understandable that only the supporters can be named. Because should it ever come to a - and then even successful - Market hall in Heilbronn come, but every local council wants to have been at least the initiator of one.
The Karlsruhe delicatessen Erkan Kirbas says: “Something like this is possible in Stuttgart or Mannheim. These cities play in a different league.” (Heilbronner Voice, February 21.02.2022, 31: XNUMX). So let me state right away that Stuttgart and Mannheim are only university cities, just like Heilbronn. And in contrast to Stuttgart and Mannheim, Heilbronn was already a market, where the deer were still plucking daisies in the meadows.
That's why Heilbronn should finally get a market hall in order to be able to fully exploit its original advantages. This market hall cannot and should not replace the weekly market, but, on the contrary, complement and complete it. And even isolated competitive situations that arise will only be to the advantage of both the weekly market and the market hall.
So, dear Heilbronn municipal councillors, have the courage to make progress and seize the opportunity to positively develop our city further.
Calendar
It's that time again, this weblog also has a calendar again. I had also recently said goodbye to other calendars from various websites, although I only maintained two calendars because my better half had vetoed them.
And hardly were the calendars gone, the first inquiries came as to where these are or why one does not offer such a calendar. Compromises simply determine life, and so I combine the calendars of the sites for which I am responsible into one calendar, which I then maintain here on this weblog.
Now I can be curious to see whether this new calendar will be used. The advantage of this is that I can see the number of users in this weblog — in compliance with data protection, of course — and can therefore explain the frequency of use to calendar supporters in the future. The time required for its operation is still a minor matter, since it is a purely voluntary activity.
