As if they had all made an appointment for today, because as soon as I watched my news streams in the morning, professional politicians from all camps were complaining and howling from everywhere about how badly they are treated by us citizens and the media.
Let's just say that these professional politicians treat their fellow citizens like idiots, look down on the voters from so high up that they see themselves as not from this world and become more and more convinced that any criticism of their position was pure blasphemy.
Even the worst princes had their court jesters whose criticism was heard. Today, even our best satirists bounce off professional politics like water off Teflon, and at best the politician, when being teased, counts how many times his name is mentioned—the more, the better for himself.
In addition, politicians, no matter what they screwed up themselves, no longer accept responsibility for it and, like Patex, stick to their jobs - and this for decades!
This does not go unnoticed by the citizens, and so they begin to irritate themselves more and more about their chosen idols. And this will also, quite logically, become more and more violent and occasionally also ugly, and at least until our elected representatives of the people descend from their self-chosen Olympus and start again personally - not via their countless Hiwis, henchmen and assistants - with their Communicating with the electorate and, in particular, taking their concerns, fears and criticism seriously - always shaking hands shortly before an election and agreeing with everyone is not communication! It is also not communication to have a book written to show voters how great they are — that is professional voter deception!
And one thing should be clear to our professional politicians, they got hold of one of our best-paid and best-secured “jobs”, which meanwhile only knows one qualification, namely that you get a place on a list with a party, which, so to speak, automatically flushes you into a parliament — After that nobody asks why and why!
And if you then sit there very comfortably and never have to think seriously about your own future again, then you should at least continue to let the public opinions and statements bounce off you without crying and whining - like Teflon does water - and not suddenly with it begin to howl at the lack of understanding and the partly unqualified reactions of some voters.

As quickly as the city administration promised yesterday to take action on the Neckar bend, it should also be done in the other parts of the city, especially in the parts of the city that are otherwise neglected by the administration, such as the city center - not only our Gerberstrasse residents, but also me very happy about it. Unfortunately, there have only been good concepts or assurances for this for years, but no viable solutions, let alone improvements in noise, order and cleanliness.

Vaccination is certainly important, but self-protection and keeping your distance are probably even more important. In any case, COVID-19 saved me from catching a cold at least once every year.
Before the pandemic, I was still amused by the people in Asia who often wore masks there, but I now believe that it will be better, at least for me, to have a mask with me in the transitional period.
I'll also try to avoid shaking hands and kisses in the future, because it's just a good feeling to be out and about without a cold or a dripping nose.
