accelerator

Today, our self-proclaimed accelerators — backbenchers in the German Bundestag — have their say and once again know everything better. We have to acknowledge that the German Bundestag, out of sheer belligerence, sent soldiers on a twenty-year mission and to this day has no idea what that means and how to deal with it.

For 20 long years they have at best acted as war tourists and smugglers and watched passively as more and more of their own soldiers fell.

These incompetent and totally irresponsible "accelerators" are now running around like startled chickens, making things much worse.

You also have to ask yourself the question of what to do with up to 100 Afghans in Germany who never want to or can never integrate with us.

Our pension, social and health system is now almost impossible to maintain and de facto can no longer bear any further burden. So it shouldn't come as a surprise if our population is slowly but surely not only doubting our politicians, but is also questioning democracy itself.

surprise.

Anyone who is surprised by the situation in Afghanistan must first realize that anyone who has no idea at all about hooting and blowing will be surprised again and again. Our German leadership solution is: "We're all just stupid and that's a good thing!"

E-Scooter

E-Scooter may be a popular way of getting around in Heilbronn at the moment, but they are by no means a benefit from an overall economic point of view, nor ecologically sensible.

These are cheap products that have to be replaced regularly and therefore represent a waste of resources. I'm not even talking about how many e-scooters get into the Neckar and further damage the river. You also have to ask yourself whether it makes any sense to have so many unused batteries lying around — this unnecessary power consumption alone adds up quite enormously.

This could only be tolerated ecologically and economically if the scooter batteries, like those in electric cars hopefully soon, are integrated into an overall system, whereby the batteries are then used in a halfway economically sensible manner.

If you don't ensure this, you damage our environment more than if you drive through Heilbronn with the oldest diesels! — Which shows once again that politics is not about solutions, but only about show and self-portrayal!

But it is even more astonishing how the Heilbronn e-scooter operators are accommodated. They may rent out their scooters to children without further ado, and do not even have to ensure that they are not completely overloaded — with more than two people or even as a means of transport, for example refrigerators — pose a hazard to road traffic, especially in the areas that were once reserved for the most vulnerable road users.

So I hope that these companies, which cause particular damage to the environment and endanger people, will at least have to build up financial reserves so that they can later pay for the damage they cause.

And I would like the city administration to at least ensure that no small children are on the road with the e-scooters. Here it would be far better if these children were put in the existing carsharing cars, where they are buckled up and also have some sheet metal around them.

My suggestion for the e-scooter operators is that as soon as they register a weight of more than 100kg, the scooters can no longer be driven.

Electromobility [website of this federal ministry no longer available]

It's not all that well thought out yet. A few more decades of bureaucracy are missing.
