Today we had a couple of really good conversations, including with Detlef Stern, whereby the variety of topics was again enormous. I am also very pleased that there will be a blog post about e-writers tomorrow.
In the evening I was allowed to take part in a well-organized general meeting of the Friends of the City Library. We are now 145 members, some of whom attended the meeting. We learned a lot of new things about the city library and the planned events of the circle of friends. It's important for me to know that the city library will probably be open again at the end of the year. And very gratifying that the concept "man reads' should be retained.
