New style of politics
After education must not be exhausting (election slogan of the SPD), and we learn that criticism and facts are only something for the losers in our society, the parties have now all agreed to live a completely new style of politics in the future. So there are only winners and even parties that have to accept losses - as in Schleswig-Holstein or recently in Baden-Württemberg - are allowed to continue their successful government work.
Even if a party falls below the 5% hurdle with drums and trumpets (Die Linke), it still sits in the Bundestag with 39 MPs - all just a matter of interpretation. And since our parliaments are getting bigger and bigger, there will soon be a seat for every candidate; Then we can save ourselves the hassle of voting entirely, and the parties register their MPs in the parliaments — the respective number is then negotiated by drawing lots in back rooms according to proportional representation and quota.
And if a politician doesn't take law and order so seriously, then it's just "we were all wrong" and forget it. Everything is just much nicer and more comfortable when we all just like each other and lie to each other or to our own pockets. Because one crow doesn't peck out the other's eye!
And as always, the culprit is still the bearer of bad news — that hasn't changed.
Theodor-Heuss-Strasse
I also use this road again and again and have corresponding negative as well as expensive experiences to complain about, but not because of the speed camera. Today, Theodor-Heuss-Strasse is also a topic in the Heilbronner Voice (May 13.5.2022, 30: XNUMX). A local resident also spoke there.

The city officials responsible probably looked at the whole thing together with a few local councilors in Milan or in another nice city and discussed it; at least this could explain the current situation.
But we will soon be allowed to drive 40 kilometers per hour everywhere in Heilbronn, if not even 30 kilometers per hour is required (Heilbronner Voice, May 13.05.2022th, 29: 50), except in our pedestrian zones, where XNUMX kilometers per hour is still the guide value.
The reason for the new speed limits is the environment, which "logically" also applies to electric vehicles. And I wouldn't be surprised if this continues even if one day there are only electric vehicles.
For me, this is a sign that in Heilbronn traffic policy is based on the respective ideology or populist whims and less on the given necessities. Those who suffer are always the weakest in our society or those residents who cannot be picked up with company vehicles.
German movie
I have positive memories of two German films in recent years. On the one hand the film “The Lives of Others” by Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck from 2006 and my personal favorite "Enlightenment Guaranteed" by Doris dörrie conducted in 1999 by Prof. Dr. René Spitz.
Both films probably have one thing in common, namely that they got by without major subsidies, so everyone involved was able to devote themselves entirely to art and film.
Doris dörries film shows an excellent Gustav Peter Wohler and a surprisingly good one Your Ochsenknecht in a kind of road movie with a religious touch. And all of this in an environment that is unusual for most of us. I'm always happy about the ATM scene or about the attempted return to the hotel.
